If you are genuine love and light, people will think you are dark and fake.
If you are in a phase of darkness, when you reach the space of love and light - those same people will hate you, bully you, chastise you, and try to push you into darkness because they never thought you’d actually do the work to rise. Subconsiously they thought they were just saying something nice, encouraging you to heal, but then you ACTUALLY heal?
And they want the unhealed version of you - the easy version that can be manipulated, beaten, lied to, abused in every way, and remain weak and lost.
If you are in a phase of darkness and feel you have to be fake, people will try to force you to the light, yet not truly want you to ever get there.
In the end - be who God calls you to be, because just as this and countless other quotes by innovators, healers, and teachers who have been beaten down by people stuck in darkness will say - you will be criticized anyway.
Keep Rising. 🕊️
For those who follow the path you are called here to live out - it will NEVER be or come from a place of deception, manipulation, or any form of darkness.
Be the Change. Be the Light. 🌞
Become what ignites your soul to then pour light into others. As those who are ready for light, will disconnect from darkness and there we have yet one more soul to influence and actually Be The Change.
